Preheat oven to 400 Deg F.
Combine milk, sugar, eggs, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and salt and blend in mixie till frothy.
Add flour little at a time till all is used up and we'll mixed with the liquids.
Combine apples, brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon powder.
Heat a pan/skillet/cast iron iron pan. Add butter and let it melt.
Add apple mix to the pan and cook till apples soften.
Transfer apples to ovenproof casserole.
Pour the puree over the apples and spread it evenly.
Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar all over the pancake before serving.
Note--- The batter along with the apples can be baked in the cast iron pan, if using, directly.
